As a non-competing manager, my focus is helping agents
grow their business. I support my agents through:

market trends. Encourage agents to attend
workshops and webinars to enhance their
knowledge.
2. Lead Generation: Assist agents in lead generation by
sharing effective strategies. This could include
leveraging social media, networking events, and local
partnerships.
3. Marketing Support: Help agents create compelling
marketing materials, including professional photos,
virtual tours, and well-written property descriptions.
Collaborate on targeted marketing campaigns.
4. Goal Setting: Work with each agent to set realistic
and achievable goals. Regularly review progress and
adjust strategies as needed.
5. Market Insights: Keep agents informed about local
market trends, pricing, and inventory levels. Provide
data-driven insights to guide their decision-making.

Personal Background

I have lived of Rockland County for the last 53 years. I have been a full time licensed Realtor in New York since 2005, and an Associate Real Estate Broker Since 2015 and earned my Associate Real Estate Brokers License in New Jersey 2019. Currently Managing Director at Coldwell Banker Hudson Valley Regional. Prior to that I was in construction as a licensed Operating Engineer. I am currently affiliated with Coldwell Banker in their Hudson Valley Regional Sales Office located in New City, New York and Coldwell Banker Allendale, New Jersey office. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and The Hudson Valley Gateway Association of Realtors and Greater Bergan County Board of Realtors. I am also a member of the New York One Key MLS, and New Jersey MLS. I have achieved designations as an ABR.(Accredited Buyers agent) and SFR (Short Sale foreclosure Resource). I enjoy being active in the community. I'm currently serving as Board Member for the Nanuet Rotary, Volunteer for The National Multiple Sclerosis Society and collect donations for People to People.
